We can provide MASH model mice by feeding MC4R KO mice with a high-fat diet, which mimic human MASH pathology with obesity and insulin resistance. Using these models and our metabolomics platform, we can measure and interpret a wide range of metabolites, including hydrophilic and lipid metabolites. Additionally, we offer specialized evaluation systems for specific molecules, such as persulfides, and microbiome analysis to support this research.
