Title: AI for Drug Discovery in Practice

Presentation Summary
Recent advances in molecular optimization and molecular property prediction have increased interest in AI for drug discovery.
Despite rapid progress in both computational chemistry and machine learning research, these technologies have not yet been fully integrated into the drug discovery workflow, limiting their practical impact.
In this talk, we will discuss the key barriers to their broader adoption and illustrate practical strategies for overcoming these barriers through case studies.

Axcelead’s Soulution
Axcelead develops proprietary AI models for ADME prediction, activity prediction, and molecular optimization, fully making use of large-scale drug discovery data inherited from pharmaceutical companies. Axcelead not only serves these AI models but also provides integrated drug discovery solutions from hit discovery, hit expansion to lead generation and optimization, leveraging both wet-lab and AI capabilities.
